Submit application
Applications are reviewed regularly, and qualified candidates are contacted to begin the interview process.

First interview
Typically conducted by phone or virtually, this interview explores your background, interests, and alignment with the role and BRG’s values.

Second interview
This round, either virtual or in person, focuses on your technical expertise and behavioral skills to assess your fit within the team.

Additional interview(s)
Further interviews may be conducted for some roles to confirm your skills, experience, and/or alignment with BRG’s culture.

Decision
Candidates who are selected will receive an offer.
