Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
At BRG, our aim is to foster a culture that cultivates a deep sense of passion and belonging that transcends any role, business unit practice, language, or country and is unified in our shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and social responsibility.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
BRG combines data analysis and deep business acumen with diverse and creative perspectives that help transform insights into action. This expertise is the foundation of our organization and drives our commitment to cultivating inclusivity among our employees, clients, and communities with the same level of dedication and innovation.
Driving Change with Action
BRG strives to build and nurture a culture where inclusiveness is instinctive, not an initiative.
As part of our commitment to drive change with action, we focus on:
- developing and retaining a workforce and leadership team that is more representative of minority and diverse backgrounds
- fostering a stronger organizational culture that promotes inclusivity
- identifying, understanding, and reverting away from unconscious bias
- developing outreach programs that focus on helping and doing business with diverse communities
Developing and Retaining a Workforce and Leadership Team That is More Representative of Minority and Diverse Backgrounds
- BRG has received the RippleMatch Campus Forward Award three years in a row for our commitment to seeking out and hiring early career talent, emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and investments in nurturing and retaining the next generation of talent.
- We partner with organizations like KnowTern to bridge the gap for undergraduate students who face barriers in accessing career opportunities.
- We commit to action by serving on the American Bar Association’s The Woman Advocate Committee’s Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses Pledge.
BRG On Campus Insights
BRG’s campus recruiting program offers engaged, qualified participants from underrepresented groups access to enhanced networking opportunities and early consideration for BRG summer internships.
“Collaboration is a big part of the ethos here. BRG stands out because managers and experts appreciate and leverage ideas from anyone on their team. Despite hierarchies in titles, everyone can have a meaningful impact on the work we do.” – Katie Encinas, Senior Associate
Fostering a Stronger Organizational Culture that Promotes Inclusivity
Our employee resource groups (ERGs) provide open forums for employees who share a common identity, background, or interest to meet and support each other by building a community and a sense of belonging. ERGs provide an environment and platform in which to collaborate and share ideas, as well as educate the broader company on cultural issues.
